Every session and admin action is logged in the Portal — a good first stop when something looks off.
Download the installer from the Portal's Downloads page and run it on the machine you want to manage. It sets up a background service (so the device is reachable even before anyone logs in) and registers a gllownite:// connect handler, so this same machine can also initiate sessions to other devices.
New devices need to be approved from an already-approved device on your account before they show up as connectable — this prevents an unknown machine from silently joining your organization. Check the Devices page for anything pending approval.
Presence is based on a heartbeat from the agent's background service. Confirm the service is running (Services → GllowniteRemoteHost) and that the machine has outbound internet access — no inbound ports need to be opened.
Yes. Every session negotiates a direct, encrypted peer-to-peer connection where possible (TLS 1.3 / DTLS with perfect forward secrecy); if a direct path isn't reachable, an encrypted relay is used as fallback — screen and input data are never visible in transit either way.
Not yet — the agent is Windows-only today. macOS and Linux support are on the roadmap; see the Products page for current status.
Yes — clients on a custom WordPress, ecommerce, business, or enterprise project get the same direct email support as Gllownite Remote customers. See the Services page for details.
